Sarah Glueckさん I love 24 Hour Fitness, but I'm really disappointed by the Ontario, CA location. My friend raved about this new location and I was curious to see what extra stuff a Super Sport had versus the Sport location I go to in Riverside. I went Sunday to take up the week long any club work out promo I saw on the website. They k...new nothing about it and insisted it was only for the past Saturday. I told them I saw it on the website and got an email and both people at the front desk were clueless. They said I could still work out, but that next time I would need to upgrade if I wanted to use the facility. They then asked me if it was my first time there to which I said yes and then didn't really offer to show me around the gym. Some of the newer equipment was nice, but customer service is key to me. I would rather keep my Sport membership and spend the extra money on training. I love the staff and my trainer at the Riverside facility.
