The Solar Community Housing Association, or SCHA, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that owns and operates two housing co-ops in Davis, California, USA: Sunwise Co-op and J Street Co-op. SCHA's board of directors is comprised of members of these houses and community members. SCHA also included Homestead Co-op from 1996-2006. Many SCHA members hope to have a new sibling co-op in the near future (though it is still unclear who the parents are).
