The purpose of this group is to increase awareness and gain support for eradicating foreign prostitution from Trinidad & Tobago in a bid to reduce and eliminate organized crime.

The beautiful island paradise of Trinidad and Tobago popularly referred to as 'the jewel of the Caribbean' has become one of the most dangerous countries in the world due to organized crime which includes prostitution from neighbouring islands. The drugs, ammunition and prostitution are all funded and supported by the same organized crime network in T&T.

It is true that everyone has the basic right to make their own choices and I do not wish to infringe on those rights. Yes indeed, prostitution remains one of the oldest professions in the world but don't kid yourself, it does and has destroyed many families in T&T. T&T has become a haven for foreign prostitution which dramatically increases the bad element in the country.

A large number of prostitutes who enter T&T legally, trick immigration into believing that they are there to 'learn english as a second language', manage to get visas and extensions that can last for up to years, and travel back and forth to their respective countries to recruit more foreign talent.

Others prostitutes arrive via fishing boats on unsecured remote beaches all around the island and join the existing prostitution network. Although the T&T Police Service continually round up and deport these prostitutes, they find ways and means of re-entering T&T because of their established network there and how lucrative their trade has become.

The lifestyle that prostitution affords them in T&T is lavish and luxurious compared to their home countries. A lot of the prostitution money is sent back to their home countries, as their T&T network maintains them in lavish apartments in gated communities and keep them supplied with all the luxuries money can buy.

There are local so called 'hotels' and other establishments in T&T who employ these prostitutes to entertain businessmen and actually have signs posted indicating that 'local women' are not allowed on their grounds. An expose article was published in the Trinidad Express last summer to this effect. These establishments of disrepute make huge money in conjunction with these foreign prostitutes and conduct thriving business on a daily basis. One renowned local establishment had almost a million dollars (comprised of various currencies) in their management's possession when raided by the T&T Police Service last year.

If you support the ideology presented, care about your birth island, current place of residence or care about family values and preserving families in T&T, please join this group and show your support to continue the crackdown on foreign human trafficking in T&T. I realize that many of you may be scared to become involved or alert the authorities, but if we don't, absolutely nothing will change and the infestation of this problem will continue to evolve and manifest itself.
