Roustabouts--The "Elvis Movie" Tribute Bandさん Judging from our first Christopher's Pub performance in 2010 it looks like we were missed. It had been four months since our last show there in September and all tables were reserved leaving the rest of the Roustafans to enjoy the night from the bar, and, of course, the dance floor. The night included some classics fro...m the King's first albums, some Stray Cats, Buddy Holly, and Roy Orbison, and believe or not--A touch of Motley Crue. Some great old friends like Beverly, Bill, Debbie, Ron, Arlene, Carmin and Irene came by to welcome us back as well as some new friends like special guest star, Bongo Doug and a beautiful "Evil Redhead" from Philadelphia named Valerie. We will be back at Christopher's Pub, March 20 and yes, we missed you all, too.

There were many great highlights at our birthday celebration for the King although Mr. Lead Singer's Britney Spears impersonation was not one of them.
Our favorite moment was calling, live from the stage,the very first Roustabout supporters (besides our wives), Chelsea and Brenda from the Dallas--Fort Worth, TX area... and performing live for them over the telephone.
We also celebrated Chelsea's grandpa and Brenda's Dad, Mr. Jennings' birthday, who had just recently returned home after heart surgery. He's doing great now and we all sang "Happy Birthday". That is, everyone except Britney.

We look forward to someday joining that great jam session between you, Mr. Orbison, Lennon, Hendrix, Morrison, Miss Joplin, Mr. Cobain and others, where one of you will turn to the other and ask, “Who the hell are these guys?”
