
Hello 24h fittness Fam, I've been working-out solo for alittle over a month now and I feel great! Gradually worked my way up to the free weiighs and now it's a wrap. Tommorrow I'm turning in my coupon for 2 free 50min sesions with a personal trainer, just to step it up a bit. I'm serious about working-out I'm roughly in the gym 6 days a week, so motorvation is not lacking, just wanna make sure I'm gonna get the best bang for my bucks. I go to the gym in Lewisville, so it your there holler at a sis always open for suggestions.
